Spring: It's Just Around the Corner!

There are a few things that tell me that spring is almost upon us:

Robins are back, even if they do have to spend some more time in the snow.

Daylight Savings Time starts this weekend!  Brighter evenings mean more family fun outdoors and an all-around more excited, positive outlook on life in general!

The weather is finally warming up!  There are still some cold temperatures in the forecast for the next few days and of course a good chance we'll get our requisite St. Patrick's Day storm, but the average daytime temperature is above zero!  I see lambs frolicking already...

I can't wait to see:

Daffodils popping their cheerful heads up to greet us

Evening walks on the Summerside boardwalk with my loves

Nature excursions with my family (although the kids are going to be a LOT bigger this year on Earth Day!)

New seedlings of all kinds, bringing hope for a new growing season.

    1. It's pretty much the same here. I remember one year we had snow in May, but the hottest day of the summer was that month too!
